HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift Card within 3-5 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered. It must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers - dealing with all situations fairly and responsibly! If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify this. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will rectify this right away!

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?
To return your item simply email email@example.com with your order number and item name.
*Please do not send your return back without emailing us first. We will provide the correct address for you to start your return via email. Our fulfillment center (140 Edison Ave) WILL NOT receive returns and your items will get lost. KNUPP KOUTURE is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.*
Please allow up to 7 business days for approval or denial of a return request.
Once we receive and approve the returning items, you will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with.
The packing slip for your return must be included along with the items you have been authorized to Return. Additional items that are not listed on the Return Packing Slip will not be eligible for a Return and will not be calculated in your Store Credit.
At this time, all international orders are FINAL SALE.
HOW DO I INITIATE AN EXCHANGE?
To initiate an exchange simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item name.
Please note that you are only allowed an Exchange 1 Time Per Item.
Once we receive your Exchange Request, we will begin processing your order. Please allow 7-10 business days for the Exchange Request to be processed and shipped.
Once your Exchange has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number.
We are NOT able to Process Exchanges for International Orders.
ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- If an item is Ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will have to send back the Ineligible Item to you.
- FINAL SALE and FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges.
- All Accessories are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns or Exchanges. Accessories are jewelry, hats, handbags + belts.
- Bodysuits are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for returns or exchanges!
- Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Store Credit does not expire.
- We do not cover Return Shipping for Puerto Rico Addresses, APO Addresses and PO Box Addresses.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to KNUPP KOUTURE. We will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where KNUPP KOUTURE may have made an error.
**As of Friday, September 3, 2021, USPS will temporarily suspend some international services to Australia and New Zealand. This suspension is due to COVID-19 transportation cancellations and restrictions. Impacted services include the following:
- First-Class Package International Service
- Commercial ePacket
- International Priority Airmail (IPA) Packets
- International Surface Air Lift (ISAL) Packets
USPS has also confirmed all packages which have not been processed by the International Service Center (ISC) will be processed as “Return to Sender”.**
