KNUPP KOUTURE gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with all original tags on for refund OR store credit within 14 days of stated delivery date.
Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
To return your item simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item name.
*Please do not send your return back without emailing us first. We will provide the correct address for you to start your return via email. Our fulfillment center (140 Edison Ave) WILL NOT receive returns and your items will get lost. KNUPP KOUTURE is not responsible for items sent to the wrong address.*
Please allow up to 7 business days for approval or denial of a return request.
Once we receive and approve the returning items, you will be notified once the transaction has been processed via the email address that the order was placed with. Refunds will be issued to the credit card, PayPal or QuadPay account that the payment had originally come from.
If you request a gift card or store credit, you will receive a code to use at checkout.

- Vintage pieces may have distressed detailing, mis-colored markings, worn in texture & slight imperfections. Please keep that in mind when purchasing one of our pre-loved/vintage pieces.
- Vintage pieces are eligible for an even exchange or store credit only (NO REFUNDS).
RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?
If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to KNUPP KOUTURE. We will not issue a refund on items that are not received or are lost in transit.
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where KNUPP KOUTURE may have made an error.
