RETURN POLICY
 
Knupp Kouture gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with all original tags on for refund OR store credit within 30 days of stated delivery date.
Keep in mind that at this time we DO NOT cover RETURN shipping costs.
To return your item simply email info@shopknuppkouture.com with your order number and item name. As soon as we receive your item we'll issue a refund or a Gift Card/Store Credit and send it to the email address provided. 
Please allow up to 7 business day for approval or denial of a return request.
If your request is denied and you have further questions, kindly email info@shopknuppkouture.com for more details. * Flash Sale & Clearance sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.*
Our office hours are 9am-5pm Monday-Friday; please keep this in mind when waiting for a reply.
KNUPP KOUTURE is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department. 
 
Non-Returnable Items
    • ALL ACCESSORIES, SALE AND PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR EITHER A REFUND OR STORE CREDIT. This includes a sale promotional discount code used at purchase and purchases made with a gift card/store credit.
    • Vintage pieces may have distressed detailing, mis-colored markings, worn in texture & slight imperfections. Please keep that in mind when purchasing one of our pre-loved/vintage pieces.

    • Vintage pieces are only eligible for an even exchange or store credit (no refunds).
